Community Outreach
At the Vero Beach Farmers Market, we believe a strong community is built through connection, education, and shared purpose. Our mission is simple and intentional: to create exposure, economic growth, and educational opportunities that uplift small businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout our community.

Each week, our market serves as more than a place to shop. It is a gathering space where local causes, missions, and community-driven initiatives are seen, supported, and celebrated.

Non-Profit Outreach & Local Impact

Community outreach is at the heart of what we do. By offering complimentary booth space to approved nonprofit organizations, the Vero Beach Farmers Market provides a platform for meaningful conversations, education, and awareness in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.

Our nonprofit partners use the market to:
-
Share their mission and programs with thousands of weekly visitors
-
Educate the public through informational materials, demonstrations, and displays
-
Build long-term relationships with community members, volunteers, and supporters

We are proud to help local nonprofits expand their reach while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that benefits the entire community.

Complimentary Booth Space for Nonprofits

The market offers complimentary booth space to approved nonprofit organizations on a limited basis. Each nonprofit may participate up to four market dates per calendar year, based on availability and approval.

Booth space is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and includes:
-
A designated nonprofit booth location within the market
-
Exposure to a high-volume, community-focused audience
-
Promotion as part of the market’s commitment to community involvement

Participating organizations are responsible for providing their own tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, banners, and promotional materials. Both a tent and proper weights are required for participation. Please review the Market Rules & Rates page on our website to ensure compliance with setup and breakdown, fire regulations, and more.

Eligibility & Guidelines for Participation

To ensure fairness, safety, and a positive experience for all vendors and guests, the following guidelines apply:
-
Proof of nonprofit status is required with your application.
-
In alignment with Florida food safety regulations and our commitments to current market vendors, the sale of baked goods as fundraisers is not permitted.
-
Active solicitation is not allowed. Guests must approach nonprofit booths voluntarily.
-
Our focus is on community, education, and local impact. For this reason, the market does not serve as a venue for political parties, campaigns, or political causes.

These guidelines help preserve the market’s welcoming, inclusive, and family-friendly environment for everyone.
